They are always messing up my simple requests.
We bring our dry cleaning here regularly. In return we get very useless coupons like curtain cleaning and bedspread cleaning. Those are useless to me. Just give me a coupon I can use the next time I bring clothes in to clean. You’re already expensive enough.

My items have been mixed up twice at this location. I had to wait an additional four days before my clothing could be located. This never happened when this location was an MW Cleaners!

The employee that helped me was awesome, but, do you really have to break every button on my pants. With out fail at least one pair of pants comes back with half a button left at the waist or back pocket

I have already sent this. The fact you are asking this again i imagine is part of the issue.
I have tailored suits. Every experience i have has been different. I ask for my shirts to be ironed and the french cuffs folded....sometimes i get it, sometimes not. My shirts are often still wrinkled. My suit pants, when ironed, come back with creases on the cuffs because they do not adjust the inner lining (which comes out.) I have worked with the managers who have been great but those who are actually doing the work are inconsistent.
