The two pieces you did were fine, but the one sweatshirt I pre-spotted had what looked like detergent stain on it, so it is being redone. That said your staff is quick and super friendly.
I've received several emails since the last time I was in that I have clothes waiting to picked up, yet my records show I already have them. Please check your inventory and let me know if I'm mistaken. I've had nothing but 5-Star experiences for years, until this last one. I had 2 sweaters dry cleaned. I go here plenty and once they lost one of my shirts and another time I got someone else's shirt, to which I took back. Then I've had shirts returned without buttons. On good quality shirts I've had shorts returned without buttons, so they don't do a good job of reviewing their work before giving back to customer. I suppose I should try another cleaner.
I felt like I was misled. I used a 50% off coupon for dry-cleaning expecting all my clothes (including dress shirts) to be dry-cleaned. When I got the bill, I was told my dress shirts were laundered and did not qualify for the discount. It felt like a "bait and switch".
I went inside to pick up my cleaning as opposed to the drive-through. Clearly a mistake. The drive-through was given priority by the employees and several were taken car of before I was even acknowledged. Disappointing experience.
I switched to delias when my local cleaners went out of business. After about 5 times I brought a new shirt & they lost it! Then sent a letter saying we couldn't have list it!! Gee, thanks!! It still has the tags on it!! I can't afford you!
When I received my clothes, about 50% of the order was missing. I must have been working with a new person initially. It took me four times saying "I don't care if that's all you see, I brought in a garbage bag ($260+ bill) worth of clothes." and the person repeating back to me "that's all the clothes we have" for someone else to come and take over." I brought in a suit jacket and pants to be dry cleaned and the pants needed to be sewn about 2 inches along the zipper seam. The jacket would in 1 day, the jacket in 2 days. I also used a 30% coupon. I picked them up 2 days later. The. Bill was $16. I handed the girl a $20. While she got my change I checked the paints and the repair work had not been done. I pointed this out.
