Was not notified that order was ready. Decided to ask about it when I was picking up husbands order. One item not able to dry clean because of beads and $29.95 for other long satin dress without beading just seemed like a lot.
2 of 4 pieces were not cleaned of the dog urine that i specifically pointed out. i had wanted to wear one of the pieces to my mom's funeral. i soaked the one piece in cold water and dawn soap to remove dirt and urine.
I visited a Delia's Cleaners location on 64th street and Greenway for the first time this week after seeing numerous positive reviews. I had some trouble with one of your associates. The individual who I dropped the items off with was friendly and helpful, and provided me with a final price to be paid when I picked up the items. I am a first time customer who dropped off a pair of pants Monday for Wedneaday pickup. I picked them up Thursday and opened the package Friday to wear. I asked for cleaning and alterations of a front pocket. I was shocked to be charged $18 for a clean and alteration firstly but i signed up for the savings club and thought id try it out. The cleaning was fine but when I went to pay for it I was charged for five additional shirts that were not mine which doubled my price. When I noticed that mistake had been made the employee who incorrectly over charged me said that she couldn't refund me in cash or charge back my credit card and said that I would have to come back next week and get a check for the refund. You're coupons are deceptive. The girl at check out only have us 30%off. Please change your emails to reflect that not 50%. Thank you!
I was surprised by your fees for dry cleaning. No one told me how expensive the baseline fees were before they sold me the value membership. They just emphasized all the discounts. When I asked about the cost of drycleaning I wasn't given a straight answer. When I showed up to pick up my drycleaning I was shocked to find out that your dry cleaning fee for pants was close to $8. Transparency about the fees up front would have been greatly appreciated.
Service levels seem to be waning. Been coming to this location for about a year. The team was awesome the first few times, but seem to be less enthusiastic lately. Maybe it's me, maybe it's time to reinvigorate the team.
