I was dissatisfied with pricing on an order and was informed that I would receive full refund. Ashley also apologized. What great customer service!!!
Unfortunately I did not ask for the cost to press two tablecloths. I was contacted that they could be cleaned, no pressing available, which I agreed to ... and, again I didn't ask for cost. The cost was the same for each - 60x120 and 45x45. I was disappointed they were the same cost ... probably would have been cheaper to buy new ones. I will get prices next time - a good lesson for me!
Your store lost a shirt of ours and somehow "couldn't find it" and supposedly checked and counted four times! You refused to reimburse us for the cost of the shirt. We will never again use delia's and I will be sure to tell friends and family to never use your company as well. We are extremely dissatisfied with your service and will be returning to our previous dry cleaners.

Had to have a button down shirt re-pressed again. Your employees running the press need to take more care in pressing expensive shirts. They left long deep creases in the wrong places all the way down the back of the shirt. Pants weren't great either but I accepted them because I needed them.
We paid for the premier service on a skirt that I informed the employee of some grease stains in the front. It came back with a couple stains still remaining and a lighter mark that was not previously there. We took it back again. Have't picked it up yet.
The staff was wonderful! ! Fast, my husbands work shirts look great, and sent an email to let me know it was ready for pick up! ! Will be back in a week!!!
