Just strange that a coupon has to be presented at drop off and not pickup. You know I have it because you emailed it to me and I’m a member of the value club. Doesn’t make much sense Also doing random flash sales when I drop off my entire load the day before is very frustrating.
delicate sweater was hung on regular wire hanger -- picked up in 2 days and already had 'hanger' bumps on both shoulders. I NEVER hang my sweaters for that reason -- but I have it now thanks, but no thanks
The cost for what you did is much to high. I only regret having my husband pick up the dry cleaning for he did not keep the receipt. Will never return and advise others the same.
As usual, my clothes were ready quickly. However, when I took my dry cleaning home I found that there were four shirts that weren't mine that I had been charged for. I took them back and was given credit for the mistake.
So far the new Tide Cleaners is not impressive. I took in a comforter into Tide Cleaners that Delia’s had cleaned once before with no problems. After a couple of days I went to pick up the comforter only to be told that they couldn’t clean it because it didn’t have “stitching”. I had no clue what they meant by that and neither did the girl who gave me back my uncleaned comforter. White shirt has some brown marks I got this kinda shirt after long time - it's waste gone I can't wear it now
