Seriously way to expensive will not bring my cleaning here again
My first experience was great. Second experience not so great. The young man who signed me up for their rewards program and locker service did a terrible job of explaining it and I was completely confused about picking up my items from my locker. I called before going to pick up my clothes and the young lady with whom I spoke argued with me a little bit. I’m all for millennials working and making money, but have some respect. Staff was very polite and helpful, But the quality of the cleaning was very poor.
Too expensive. Even with the discount, is 75% more than a local competitor. Wont use again because I can dry clean more clothes elsewhere.
Stains were removed, clothing neatly hung, finished on time. Well done!
Didn’t get rid of under arm stain and didn’t call me to advise until I noticed at pick up and still charge full price
My husbands brand new shirt was ruined. Inside color bled through and no one noticed or mentioned when we picked it up.
Sent me an email saying my order was ready for pickup. Arrived to pick my item up, and they said it had been "rejected for cleaning due to inconsistencies in color". While I understand the need to point the out before cleaning, I think it would have been nice to call and ask me (rather than not process my order correctly). Missing Delia's!
Polo shirts were very poorly ironed. A winter coat was covered with lint and looked like it had not been dry cleaned at all, as if it were just taken out of linen bag and put straight on a coat hanger and then returned to me at a charge of $21. There seems to be no quality control or company is cutting corners to improve profits.
