Dropped off 4 sets of sheets and they came back wrapped in plastic. Nicely done.
Great. Only problem I have is I am a member so therefore already receive discounted pricing, which is great. Not this visit but my last visit I gave the staff my 50% which I forgot to present at drop off. So when I received the bill and gave them the 50% coupon, he adjusted it. But it was not really 50% off, I don’t remember the amount. So I questioned the staff and they stated since I pay the member rates it is not 50% off. Most of the people behind the counter are nice, friendly & helpful. There is one person behind the counter that is rude & condescending.
I came here because I needed items same day. My regular dry cleaners does not offer for laundry. I wasn't told prices or total due and unfortunately I didn't ask. I paid way more than double what my regular cleaners would have changed. I will not be back nor would I recommend this place to others.
