Counter service was friendly and excellent. My only issue was that at my former cleaner I was paying $3.00 to dry clean a pair of pants. You charged me $5.96.
I picked up a suit but when I got home the pants were not on the hanger. I called and they found them in the store. I had another order so I told them to put with those items and I would pick up later. I was told you would credit my next order for the cost of dry cleaning the suit for the inconvenience. When I came by two days later, I picked up my order and the pants were included but no credit was given. It's disappointing since I have been a loyal customer for many years - literally using you every week.
Great customer service! Clothes are always laundered and or dry cleaned very well.

clothes are poorly pressed. also clothes go in with a stain and come out with a stain.. also its impossible to decipher the charges on how your receipts are prepared
Ruined one of shirts
Very friendly people, always with smiling faces. Makes me feel right at home. Very courteous and quick service.
My husband shirts were not pressed well. This has happened several times now and although we love the service and convenience, we might have to look elsewhere after our last visit.
My 1st experience wasn't impressive. I dropped a white comforter off,pointing out the soiled corners. The counter person did a good job of promoting the membership so I signed up.When I stopped to pick up the comforter & checked the corners, one was still noticeably soiled. The counter person immediately took it back. When I stopped again the next day to pick it up corners looked good, at least thru the plastic bag.
