You r waaaaaay too expensive so i will be going elsewhere to take my dry cleaning. Over $35 for 5 pairs of cropped pants. Never again!! $7 a piece? Ridiculous.
I received one garment that didn’t belong to me, and had one garment list. This is the experience we previously had at Delia’s (multiple times.) same bad experience with new Tide brand
Prices seem to me to be ridiculous. $7 for a pair of pants is crazy, I certainly wont be returning!
This is the first batch of clothing I picked up since the change to Tide. I received a shirt that is not mine, so assume some has my shirt. Does not make me happy. I could go to a cheaper place but service is number one. I hope this is remedied and never happens again.....Steve
I specifically came in to have jeans laundered and was told you don’t provide that service. The person I spoke to earlier in the week didn’t tell me that service wasn’t provided. Otherwise I wouldn’t have made the return trip.
My shirts were not done as I requested.
It was really expensive. I only had 2 shirts and it was $13.90. I won't be returning.
My blouse’s pleats were not preserved and it has possibly ruined the blouse
I came to the store to have a dress dry cleaned. When I dropped of the dress I was given a pick up receipt and told the cost would be $7.95. I thought that was high but reasonable if the services provided were good. Any how when I went to pick up the dress I was told that the price was $10.95. An increase of over 30% from what I was told. When i asked why that was I was told that at drop off they had entered the item as a shirt and it was later determined by the store to be a dress and hence a higher charge. I was not... read more
