You lost 4 of my shirts and send me a letter to say that it's not your problem and I must be wrong.
I have been a customer a long time. Beginning last year and now continuing this year I am often disappointed in the inferior pressing of my laundered shirts. So fire I need to have them repressed or I just do all over again myself at home which defeats the purpose of the service I am paying for. Your company kindly issued a credit , which I didn't ask for but greatly appreciated. Your employees at the store are wonderful and quite cooperative in sending them back for a do over. You were very kind to issue me a credit if 25.00 without any request for any compensation . I am so frustrated with the inferior shirt business. I must 90 per cent of the time either re-iron my shirts or take them back for a do over which is a hassle and inconvenient so I usually re press my laundered shirts. It's inconsistent and sometimes all is as it should be. The shirt collars are crushed and wrinkled as so often the sleeves and various parts of the front and back. You lost 5 pairs of my slacks and could not find them. A disrespectful young lady called and basically said that I was lying. I didn't appreciate her tone or manner.
No complaints. The girl that works there is always very pleasant.
I continue to have to take back shirts that are laundered. They come wrinkled and I have had to repress them. I'm very disappointed in the inconsistency of the shirts being laundered.
