I've always been reared good and the girls always nice
It was the first time they redo the cleaning of a suit (jacket only) because the tiny green stain didn’t come out at the first time. I understood that, and it’s fine, that’s why I left it to redo the cleaning. When I picked it up, the spot was gone, but I checked the sleeves and they were still dark as if it wasn’t washed correctly. The lady was kind of rude. The two bed skirts were laundered well but were not pressed at all
Too expensive $6.95 dry cleaning for one short sleeve polo. Really!!!! Ripoff. Never sure you again!!
Three dress shirts were shreaded by cleaners. Horrible!!
Took a new sweater in. It only been worn once. It had a small stain. They could not remove the stain. The person who waited on me was extremely rude! Absolutely no customer service training!
Even though I told the clerk that there was a stain on one of the items she did not mark it so it had to be cleaned a second time. The stain did come out after this second cleaning. Disappointing first time experience.
Had 50% off coupon, which made the price OK. Otherwise I wouldn’t spend this much for my dry cleaning. Hope you have regular coupons or I won’t be coming back. The long dress wasn’t in a plastic bag, and when I came back in the ask for one the girl said that it had fallen off. Well it didn’t fall off outside after I received it, so she either knew it had fallen off and did nothing, or didn’t look very carefully before giving it to me.
It took 22 minutes to get my pair of pants...the employee was awesome but there was a big rush of 7 or 8 people this past Saturday. Ridiculous I had to wait 22 minutes.
