Please re-train your staff so that they are all in agreement about some policies and procedures. It seems that every time I drop off my bag, whomever is there, has a snark remark about something.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a drycleaners. I have now lost all my patience with them and will not be going again. When I first started using them a couple of months ago I learned they didn't dry clean all of the things I left (even though I said I wanted them dry cleaned) I made it clear in the notes on my profile that ALL clothes left are to be dry cleaned, in particular my husbands business shirts. One of my new blouses got ruined by the dry cleaning (big stain on the side of it). Other than that, pricing is what I was expecting and friendly, courteous staff.
I wasn't sure how the king comforter was cleaned. Next time I would prefer a nicer smell .
New to the area so I thought I would try your business. I dropped off a Croskill comforter and 2 shams to be dry cleaned. Was notified when they were ready only to find out when I picked them up that you would not clean them. No reason given. Not a delicate item. Tags said to dry clean. I cancelled my value club membership went directly to Prestige Cleaners across the street and they were happy to clean the items. Could not figure out why you couldn't.
I looked at my coat prior to departing store. There was lint and pet hair on coat (I have no pets!). The spot which was on coat prior to "cleaning" was still on coat. It looks as if coat was tumbled, pressed, and put on a hanger. NOT CLEANED. The counter girl agreed with my assessment of a poor job. I left coat for another attempt at NO cost. The counter gal said that if I am dissatisfied my money wiuld be refunded. This is first time I used Delia's as I am new to area. I am very disappointed.
Not one item was pressed or starched and all items stated heavy starch. We spent close to $600 and I have to iron my own clothing. I am beyond disappointed in your service. I am disabled and it is a huge undertaking to come in and complain and brink that load in again. I've never ever experienced such horrible care. My yoga tops are completely wrinkled my husband's business shirts have zero starch and the bag states heavy starch.
