Everyone is always friendly and fast. Whenever this is a problem they fix it on the spot.
Alteration item--- Came to pick up and alteration not completed
collars on shirts tend to be creased or wrinkled. i assume they are packed to tightly with other laundered items.(?)the collars have to be ironed to look as they should. the shams and bedspreads are never really clean looking.my spread actually had stains left behind . i did report it to the really nice , helpful girl at the desk.

I had a comforter dry cleaned because of water spots. Picked it up today at a price of 50.00 and spots are still on it. Very expensive, comforter cost me 100.00 new. Not to happy with quality or price.
This was an awe full experience! I had no idea how expensive you were as a cleaners. I had 15 items and I cannot believe that 50% off coupon still made my bill $99!!! I cannot believe how much you charged me and also the $5.95 fee for the service. Also two of my items were not completely cleaned and had to be redone!!! Shame on you for being outrageous in price compared to other cleaners and Scottsdale and shame on me for not asking more questions on your pricing! I've been a member of Delia's for a long time. I am planning on switching because the quality of the cleaning has been bad, they lost my frequent drop off bag and the prices are too high. Sorry you lost a 7 year customer..... You're reaching out too late
