Excellent service, clothes look great, liked the 30% discount, impressed that you can clean 22 pieces in 24 hours.
I generally have good luck with Delia's; however, I inevitably always have to iron my collars in order to have a crisp collar that has not been flattened in transit or in the store. Would be great if you can find a way to resolve this issue. Might even consider paying a bit more for a little extra care...

Thank you. I moved to Arizona eight months ago and was using another cleaner. Great service and very nice people but their prices were high and they often forgot to apply my discounts. They also never sent me a survey like this to ask if I was happy. Decided to try Delias. Joined the frequent guest club.
