Delia's recently lost 6 pairs of slacks. I was contacted by the rep who wanted to clarify my claim. I went over it with her but her condescending responses made me feel that nothing would be done as she had other things to follow up on. I told her to forget about my claim and that I will go elsewhere for service. Her people skills were below marginal and I prefer not to deal with people like her.
