The lady who checked me in was very rude and she miscounted my shirts I turned in 14 but she only marked 13 on my receipt. Not sure what I got back as my wife’s picjj oh Ed them up for me. If I come there again and she is there I will take my close elsewhere

Terrible!!!! I went to pick up my laundry and was told they would not take my cash!!! That is not only an insult to me but also to America!!!! Is this the new policy of Swansons or just some pissant franchise owner that can’t trust employees? Never going back.... I’m truly insulted and angry! May your business rot in hell like the rest of the tenants!!!!! John McLoughlin

I don’t like my clothes being held hostage unless I pay with a debit, or credit card. I absolutely do not like being forced to use my credit card. When I was told I couldn’t have my clothing unless I paid with a card I was completely caught off guard. Excuse me. So as to my experience with you, I think that is quite obvious. It was my first time, and last time using your store. I will be taking myself off your email this so there is no need to respond back to me.

Won’t be back. When my clothes are being held hostage unless I use a credit/debit card. I was not asked if I wanted my card run debit, or credit. I wasn’t prompted to enter my PIN number nor was I asked for ID when I used my card. I should have had to put a PIN number in. I DO NOT like being Forced to use my credit card. So as to my experience, I think it’s very obvious I was not happy. First time, and last time using this store.

NO Cash, my Husband is cash person, has one c. card and you pay him a few percent to him when he uses it, 2% I think. Therefore, he uses it at no cash places, in his head it is kind of a punishment. I could care less. C.P.L.

Dry-cleaning was OK, however the technician must have had a really bad day! The blouse was returned to me with a shredded neckline!!😡 I think that it's a gamble to send clothing to this particular Swanson's!!!😝 Unsatisfactory customer service!!!!!
