This was my first time in this store. I was given a price to clean my jacket. When I picked it up, the cleaning price was doubled. I argued a little bit so I got it cleaned for the original price. When I got home I noticed there were, white hairs still on the jacket and some fuzz etc. It was not completely cleaned, and I'm disappointed. This store could have put more attention into their work. I will not be returning to their store.

I have been a long time swansons customer going back over 20 years , unfortunately because of the recent going cashless policy I may be looking for another dry cleaner. as a business owner myself I understand not excepting checks , but not excepting cash as payment I do not understand

Person behind there desk was not attentive. Every time I come in the person behind the desk takes my items and counts them. That way both parties are clear on what was dropped off. In this case I was asked how many items. I was thinking you she should be counting them and making sure what I’m dropping off is correct . Attention to detail is what I’m paying for. Maybe she was having a bad day but the intake process should be the same every time. Other than that the service and results are always good .

I wanted the shirts with medium starch but when I came home and checked it out they are limp. My husband is an executive and want the shirts looking good. Maybe the person didn’t take note of the medium starch

My suit jacket has what looks to be a burn/scrath on it... very visable. Newly purchased jacket only worn 3 times. Definitely did not have that on it before. Its on the chest piece of the suit where it is visible. $200 dollar jacket now with a big blemish... disappointed to stay the least

The employee who waited on me was very friendly. And I don’t smell cigarette smoke in the cleaners anymore like I use too.

The price list on the counter said lined dresses could be up to $17.50, but they charged me $20 for almost all of the 7 dresses I brought in. This price seemed excessive, and they didn't tell me the cost until after they accepted them. Then, when I went to pick up my dresses, their card machine was a major pain and I had to insert my debit card and swipe 5 times before it read properly. The lady at the counter was less than welcoming. She came off like she had a bit of an attitude.
