Item not ready when initially stated it would be ready.
The crew picked up/dropped off my order in the estimated timeframe. Clothes look good, as always.
Once again the shirt buttons were fastened that I didn’t want to be ( top) and others were unfastened which I did NOT want. I have discussed this directly with a. Swansons rep but obviously to no avail.

May 22, 2021 1018 Hours Hello Swanson's Cleaners: Yesterday I picked up my Veterans slacks and found no problems. In fact this pair of slacks really looked great and were ironed. To change the subject: It is to bad this young lady had to be working by her self when I walked in. Which is not good. Anyway, I knew the other young girls and I'm so sorry they thought they had to leave. Charles Peterson
Once again, I’ve been forced to return a pair of pants without a crease in them...despite repeatedly asking that the pants be creased...both verbally, and when I’ve requested a pick up online...AND your system has a clear notation including my request that ALL pants be creased. I’ve been repeatedly assured that they will always be creased, but the system has failed me. Not sure if there’s a way to correct this, given my multiple efforts to do so. Maybe I’l have to try another cleaner to do my cleaning.
I brought in some very dirty clothes and they're now clean like they're brand new.
