Everything was great!
Sales person polite. Frankly the cost of your services outrageously expensive. $12 for a men’s dress shirt is crazy. Just checked with another local cleaners dress shirt is $3.50. Needless to say we will be going there from now on. Also a neighbor had $300 damages to a coat she took to your cleaners. Each button wears so damaged she can’t wear the coat. Not a good experience for anyone.
First of all, you don’t accept cash. Second, it cost double of what it cost at my normal Dry Cleaners.

Delivery was on time as usual and received at front door. Is it really necessary for a survey with everything that a customer deals with. It’s totally turned into a function that only benefits the none dimension of the internet society that are all fingerless individuals or those that can’t use their brain and their physical aspects of their body! Please excuse my thoughts! PS: Not handicapped individuals.

Too expensive!
I called Tuesday to confirm your hours and dropped off my clothes at 5:30 for a Friday pickup. I showed up at 5:30 on Friday to find the location was closed, when your employee and the sign on your door said you were open until 6:00. I then called Saturday during your operating hours and reached nobody so left a voicemail, but did not receive a call back. I came in anyway and was happy to find that you were open at least.
