An expensive shirt wasn’t returned and instead of my king down comforter being returned I was given a twin. I will not be back.

Post family thanksgiving dinner, (with blueberry pie) had sad napkins & filthy laaarge tablecloth. Everything came back shining & crisp, ready for the next event. The tablecloth is over 50 hrs old, so I’m glad the stains came out. Wonderful! What a relief.
Terrible experience. First, the staff and their guest were not masked. Next, my items were sitting unwrapped and on the floor when I arrived. The staff mumbled something about that. Then she teetered the items on a tiny counter and expected me to balance them while she rang me up and I paid, when there was a giant counter to her left that would have made things way easier. And finally, when i got home I found my items to be missing buckles. Definitely not the Swanson experience of the past. Sad.
Way too expensive: $25 to wash a fleece blanket! No price list available when I dropped it off. (Service part it very good. )
Love the reliable pick up and drop off. Always willing to fix a button, etc.
I’ve been here several times and I’m always very pleased with efficiency.
