Terrible experience due to rude customer service. Late opening the store and then offering help to other customer before me even though I was first in line and not apologize when I protested. Will not use this again in the future M

Every time I come in with slacks I say no pleat, but every time I get them they are pleated. I’m not sure if this costs more but can’t understand the disconnect. I recently had a pair of slacks dry cleaned and a short sleeve button up Hawaiian shirt. It was over $26 for just these two items! The crazy thing is I always just have these two items and the price changes every time. Almost like whoever is working has discretion to classify the shirt or slacks differently to change the price. First time I used you. WAY over priced $40 for 2 sweaters and a pair of pants. It's way cheaper in the Bay Area. Never again.
Expensive and laundry didn’t have extra starch as specified and was wrinkled
My wife’s pants cost $25 to dry clean, that’s ridiculous. I had my head phones in so I didn’t hear the price. I would of left them the pants & bought a new pair.
The cleaning has a strange odor. I'm trying to air my 6 silk shirts out!
Please deliver to Clarksburg, it’s only 11 miles from your Freeport location. Come-on, it’s doable!
