I have been a customer for well over 10 years. Look back through your records and you will find that the frequency of my drop offs is very much reduced. I would drop off 15 to 20 items and it would cost $120. Lately it has cost me $225. In the last 4 drop offs my pants came back without creases inspire of my reminders. Your overprice and the service sucks
Two pairs of shorts and one short sleeve blouse costs $41.00 to dry clean at this place. Outrageous prices. Will never return
I dropped off a set of curtains to be cleaned. The employee who checked me in barely looked at what I brought in and gave me a tag for pick up snd started to walk off without telling me how much it would be. When I asked her how much it was going to be for the curtains to be cleaned and she said “ I thought they were sheets” and then told it was going to be $40 for the set and then gave me a new tag.
