I stopped going to this Swansons about 10 years ago because they refused to accept my US Dollars! I assumed it to be just a quirk of the crabby old lady that owned the franchise! My wife recently dropped a load of clothes there last week….. I just assumed after ten years it would be under new management. I picked up my dry cleaning yesterday ( Monday Aug 15th) and guess what? Everything came back looking good!
I brought in a silk skirt and told them it was 100% silk and they destroyed it. The fabric is damaged and dull now. I brought in suits to be cleaned that are still completely dirty. Never go to Swanson cleaners ever. Extremely dissatisfied.
Filthy drapes look much better!
