Had to go to the cleaners twice because it 2 units were not available the first trip. I also asked about the $10 October discount and was told that was only available when you turn the clothing in. I have no way of knowing if I got it or not.

I requested heavy starch and press on my dress shirts. All the shirts had heavy starch but none of them were pressed. All had wrinkles. I had to iron a shirt in order to wear it for work. None of them had the red tag that is usually on them showing they were pressed.

Wanted heel of shoe replaced and dropped of the pair. The desk clerk was unable to give me a price of the replace. About 2 weeks later when I picked up the shoes, Pilgrim had replace the soles and heel of both shoes can want fee of $58.64. I protested and they gave $10 discount. Never did Pilgrim call during the 2 weeks that it was cost so much. Plus the heels were attached via nails. I got ripped off for $48.64 for a job that should have cost 10-15$. Last time I will go to Pilgrim for any repairs for shoes.

Absolutely horrible! I am a shy person, but I’m glad I stuck up for myself this time. Unprofessional, immature kids working there. The prices were ridiculously high! I was in shock!! I paid three times what I used to pay at my other cleaners. They didn’t give me all of my clothes the first trip there, then they finally found some, but it still wasn’t all of them. They finally found them on the delivery truck. Horrible on all counts. Never going there again!

I was clear that I needed the clothes for the next day because I was leaving on a business trip and needed the clothes for the trip. I was charged for all the pieces, but only two of seven pieces were left in the locker. I called the next day and they said they just ‘miss it’ and they would put the remaining pieces in the locker ‘right now’. Needless to say, I was not able to use the clothes for the trip and had to revert to plan B.

The finishing of garments has degenerated. I had to steam seams in my jacket I just had cleaned because they had not been properly pressed and were puckered a steaming from a household iron solved the problem which should not have been mine. I also don’t think I should have to inspect garments when I pick them up to see if there is a problem. That jacket should not have left your plant.
