We had a terrible experience! I dropped my husbands clothes off on Tuesday (it had all of his brand new work shirts, plus some shirts and jeans) and was told they would be ready on Thursday after 6:00pm. I showed up Thursday to pick up his clothes and the young girl tells me she doesn’t have any of our clothes, and that they weren’t supposed to be there until Friday after 6:00pm. Terrible customer service, and worst of all, it came from the Stewart Road Pilgrim manager! They promised to have our clothes done in three days, then when I needed them the following weekend (two days after when they were to be finished), still no clothes. Last year went to the location in Dickinson and they lost my jacket for about a week, so once that was resolved by getting my jacket back finally. I decided to use the location in South shore to get my clothes cleaned went to go pick them up and was told there were no clothes listed for me. Took in a shirt to be washed with a 25% off coupon. Clerk said it needed to be dry cleaned and would give me 20% off on that service. Quoted me a price and I agreed. Later I picked up the cleaned shirt and the dry cleaning price was increased to make the cost the same as not having a coupon discount. Not a trustworthy business..

Please do not spend your hard earned money here as they do not value their customers!! I left my clothes to get altered and was given a specific pickup time and date. Of course my clothes weren’t ready when I showed up and no one bothered to call and inform me! No apology to me at all just “can you come back tomorrow?”. Poor customer service and even poorer quality of work! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
Dropped off a 3 piece suit and dress shirt on Monday and was told it'd be ready by Thursday after 6, come Friday morning it wasn't ready. Was then told it'd be ready after 5, finally got a call around 650 that it was ready. The manager didn't charge for it but my brother was late to the wedding he was a part of and he can't get that back. Very disappointed in the service and will not be back.
Sent wife’s work shirts so we didn’t have to iron. They came back pressed but very wrinkled. Enough so where we will have to iron at home after paying for them to be done properly.
My order was due on Wednesday at 6. I arrived Thursday at 10 am. I was informed that my clothes”didn’t make the truck. I had to return for the third time to pick them up. No discount or sorry for tardiness on your part.
