I went in and dropped my cleaning off, and showed my coupon. I picked up my cleaning, and was over charged. I also had no receipt on my cleaning. I checked with other cleaners, and your prices are a lot higher. I'm not sure why, but I'm wondering how often I've been over charged because I've never checked. I don't think I'll be returning.
The two star rating was given because the items were dry cleaned appropriately but took 3 weeks to complete. I had 4 drapery panels and two pillow shams that I delivered 2 weeks prior to Christmas. I wanted to get them cleaned prior to guests arriving for the holiday. I did not get them until after my guests departed. I was told it would be about a week to do. I was also told that others (clothing) was given priority. I really think it should be first in, first out.

You lost my comforter and I had to call the manager over and over again to get any information. At one point two weeks after it was lost I was told it was found and I would have in a few days. So I few days later I called back and I was told oh sorry it was lost. So this is about 3 weeks later. So after another week of no information I stopped by the store and the Clerk had to call the manager to get information. Then I was giving a claim ticket. The shoes I left did not get the work done that was needed and instead they did something totally different. As a result I ended up having to pay for it and still throw them away. Not happy :(
when I went to pick up my shirts on Wed. one of them still had a stain. The young men said he would send it back out and have it for me by Friday. I went to pick it up on Friday at 3pm and it was not in and the young lady called and they said I would not get it in until 6pm. Very disappointed. When I dropped the clothes off, I asked if it was possible for them to be ready the same day. The lady working told me that she could fulfill the request. Also, before leaving I asked how much it was going to be for the service. She told me that she was not sure because she had to enter everything into the system. The service was great. When my husband went to put on his clothes. The shirt and the pants shrank and he was unable to wear them to our event. We had to buy new clothes. I will never use this cleaners again. He didn't grow in 24 hours. It's ridiculous.
I am NOT sure you would like my feedback at this time. Pilgrim cleaners lost a pair of my wife's shorts approximately 2 weeks ago. At week 1 a note was left for the manager. At week 2 another note was left for the manager to call my wife. Still no response. I am off August 5th (her husband) to get a resolution to this issue that keeps repeating itself.
