On time, great discounts, good quality. Anything not done right, is taken care of cheerfully and promptly. Staff cheerful, helpful, friendly.

Very pleased with the convenience of the service and the helpful staff at this location. We use the locker system and it works out great for our needs. Great that this service is offered for those of us who need after hours service.

Pilgrim Cleaners is great. The manager does a great job to get to know the customers and make them feel special. She is a very special person with great people skills. I always feel like I am getting special service at a fair price. The manager great customer service also rubs off on her employees. The quality of the cleaning is great but it's the special manager that makes the customers first that keeps me going there.
Great service..friendly staff...like that i get email when my order is ready for pick up...coupons are nice incentive...
My only complaint is the receipts don't ever show discounts so I don't know if I am getting coupon discounts or not. (Your regular prices are not posted anywhere.
