I took my queen bedspread to be cleaned and pressed. The pressing didn't happen. They hung the bedspread to dry it. I never saw the likes of a pressor. Never again
Took my new shirt to be cleaned and it came back missing one of the 2 pink buttons. Nobody even mentioned it.
I have been going to this same location on hwy 96 for about 2 years. I have asked repeatedly for my work pants not to be creased. It continues to happen. Last week it happened again. I am now looking for a new cleaners for my family.
When I dropped off Monday the girl working was asleep she finally came out I showed her my coupon at drop off guess what wasn’t added . When I picked up today the coupon was not on my $100odrr she threw my clothes in back seat of car didn’t hang them I had to get out and do it myself horrible service
I was quoted $75 was charged $96 without being told. I would not have left the dress for the $20 difference. I was only offered an in-store credit which I do not need or want. I will not be using their services again. Very disappointing and unprofessional!!!!!
They charge more than how was my total I will never go again. They said the shirts are 2.39 and 20 % but it wasn’t
Omg they lost my clothes and they don’t even smell washed. How can you lose clothes for two months and my hat has more stains then when I took it in
Did not apply the coupon we gave when we dropped off laundry and the girl working could not give us the price of the coupon costing me approximately $15 extra dollars. This has occurred several times before.
My Former Security Jacket Was Nicely Dry Cleaned Except I Did Not Like The Liner,Hood & Ear Warmer It Was Separated In 3 Pieces & Charged For 3 Pieces; I Did However I Did Like The Removal Of The Former Contract Sec
