With the exception of Ms. Mya, who is so sweet and wonderful. I have tried two days in a row to pick up my shoes. Your outside sign says that you close at 6:00 pm but I arrived (after driving super fast, to get there before 6) at 5:53 pm CLOSED...2nd time I arrived at 5:54 pm ALSO CLOSED. I can't even give a fair review of services because I have yet to pick up my shoes, I left for repair. This is AWFUL You need to get someone who will actually WORK until 6!

Pilgrims Cleaner 10450 FM 1463 (Alaina). Not the Pilgrims Cleaner of old. #1: Didn’t remove the stains #2 Destroyed the closure on my outfit. I took this vest to an original PILGRIMS CLEANER about 2 years old, they did a great job. Removed stains and closure just fine. The vest actually looks worst than it did when I took end. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THESE FRANCHISEE.

I sent a couple of pair of pants out to have button repaired provided the buttons they did not use the ones I provided used a larger one cannot fasten my pants

Sent in 4 pairs of jeans to be “heavy starched” and one pair to be patched and repaired. The jeans were maybe lightly starched and there was no patch done on the jeans. I put on a pair that was supposedly heavy starch and not even an hour later there is no starch or stiffness to them what so ever. Especially upset that I was charged for a repair that was never completed and when the store was contacted they argued saying that the order was right but it was obviously not true.

The service at drop-off and pick up was good. One of the 2 spots was removed. One was left.

Shirts are only pressed, not actually steam cleaned. Sweat and food stains that easily come off in wash remain when I drop the off at pilgrims. This is a major issue when load up close for business travel only to find you need to go out and by new or have them rush recleaned.

She cleans my Santa suit and has never done me wrong... I hear Sant's have had cleaners ruin the fur on their suit... Always looks new after a cleaning at Pilgrim Cleaners... #1 cleaners in the area ..

They do a good job but are just too expensive even with coupon. Almost $5 for one pair of pants and that’s with a coupon! Too much competition in the area that also do a great job and are half the cost and have better deals/coupons! I won’t use them again
