Our clothes are always laundered and pressed very nicely. Also my clothes are ready for pickup when the clerk says that they will be ready. Great service.
Not the same since Janie left. I also have another issue I fill out these surveys and after I complete it and share it i never get my $20 off.
Everything is good except for the fact my clothes don't seem to be put into the locker anymore for easy access

I have been doing business with the store in Friendswood for several years and the last couple of months the service as declined to the point I am looking elsewhere for a cleaners. The last incident was my wife had a dress cleaned and when the cleaners attached the bar code it left a 1X3 inch mark on the outside of the dress. She took it back, they kept the dress for about 10 days and still looks the same if not worse.
