I had some expensive pants cleaned at the Friendswood, TX location. I had them cleaned about a month before my trip. At the end of August when in NM on a special trip, when I put them on they were shrunk like 3 - 4 inches all around. Waist, length ... all over. I called & took them in when I got home. I found no compassion or apology in anyone's attitude that I talked to. A woman that took them the first time was cold & indifferent.
