Laundry and dry cleaning come back very promptly. Attention to detail for requests or areas of concern (ie, a spot or stain) are always handled properly and efficiently.

Great service as always. Also, the laundry/dry cleaning Was done to the perfection.
I was not happy with my last several visits and I have now changed to the cleaners across the street and I'm having a much better experience. On my last several visits to your facility the people were not friendly in the fact that I use coupons but felt guilty doing so. Also I had asked for my clothing to be laundered with light starch but two times in a row they came back dry cleaned. I was very disappointed that you lost Janie as manager of the Friendswood store. That was a real loss for both Pilgrim and your customers. It's a shame that Pilgrim can't retain a good manager like Janie. As a long term Pilgrim customer, I find your coupon program very annoying. I would much rather have you charge me a reasonable price all the time than send out coupons once in a while. As a busy person that values my time, I don't like to spend time dealing with coupons.
