The quality of the actual dry cleaning is the best around, however not perfect. The main problem I have is the staff at the Friendswood location. Numerous times I try to drop off on the way to work and it's never open on time. The latest I can drop off is 7:15, and he is either not there or still in his car. Unfortunately I don't have time to wait. This may seem petty, but then I can't drop of for a day or 2 because of my schedule. Last week I tried dropping off 3 days in a row!
