The quality of the actual dry cleaning is the best around, however not perfect. The main problem I have is the staff at the Friendswood location. Numerous times I try to drop off on the way to work and it's never open on time. The latest I can drop off is 7:15, and he is either not there or still in his car. Unfortunately I don't have time to wait. This may seem petty, but then I can't drop of for a day or 2 because of my schedule. Last week I tried dropping off 3 days in a row! It seems lately our items can't be found. First we look in locker(it used to be put in there all the time), then go to person, he says look in locker, then it is found in store.
