It seems lately our items can't be found. First we look in locker(it used to be put in there all the time), then go to person, he says look in locker, then it is found in store.
We had dropped off a jacket with a lot of pilling on it and the first cleaning did not take care of that so it was returned free of charge and when we picked it up we were delighted with the results. We thought we would be buying a new coat but this one will last a few more years.
Pilgrim has definitely taken a step backwards in my opinion, primarily because of loss of a very good Manager. I view the loss of Janie as Manager in the Friendswood store as a significant negative. Janie knew all of her customers and took very good care of her customers. She was personable and always kept the store looking good. When I go to the store today, it isn't well maintained and there is trash all around the store.
