Wonderful
The place consistently charges significantly more than other dry cleaners in the area. Even when presented with a coupon that should make pricing more competitive, the stated discount often forgotten to be applied to the final bill. I gave up and switched to a different place nearby that just has regular reasonable pricing.
All went well. Great service!!!
Service is quick and reliable. One complaint - whenever I drop off and show them the coupons, the discounts are not applied when I come back to pick up my order and they always have to spend time adjusting it. I don't know if there is a way for you to adjust this in your system so it does it automatically for those of us who are weekly customers.

I was definitely not pleased with my last experience at cleaners. Things have steadily declined in service over the last few months.
Pilgrim needs to put some attention into their facilities. The building in Friendswood is looking bad. The sign looks bad, the lights are continuously flickering, and the whole place just looks poorly maintained. The last 3 times that I picked up an order, the credit card reader wasn't working and the clerk had to type in the card number manually.
