The personnel was outstanding, friendly, positive, accommodating, professional and efficient. The store was clean and welcoming, and the quality of work is impeccable! I've already picked up our dry-cleaning, and it's perfect!
My quilt was laundered there and done well in advance of when expected. Only issue was the young lady at the counter. She was distance and indifferent. A smile or more personalable attitude would help.
I had a quilt laundered at the facility & it was ready sooner than expected. It was just the young lady at the desk was cold and indifferent in her interactions
Our clothes are always laundered and pressed very nicely. Also my clothes are ready for pickup when the clerk says that they will be ready. Great service.
