Not too good this time, in fact, we're taking the tux shirt back because the pleats are pressed crooked. And, the lady that waited on us was rude. We have been going there for many many years, but now are looking to change. Since Rosa left your customer service has gone!
My last visit was ok but my visit before was horrible compared to my usual service I received when Janie was there even the guy that filled in for Janie soon after she left was good. We had dropped off a jacket with a lot of pilling on it and the first cleaning did not take care of that so it was returned free of charge and when we picked it up we were delighted with the results. We thought we would be buying a new coat but this one will last a few more years.
Pilgrim has definitely taken a step backwards in my opinion, primarily because of loss of a very good Manager. I view the loss of Janie as Manager in the Friendswood store as a significant negative. Janie knew all of her customers and took very good care of her customers. She was personable and always kept the store looking good. When I go to the store today, it isn't well maintained and there is trash all around the store. Considering that this is the first time that I have used your services, I was disappointed. I was given a date that my item would be ready, and that day came and went. No call, no email, no nothing with information. I had to go in to get an update, and was informed that my item had not been located (aka missing) and that they would get on it right away...
