Jasmine continues to offer excellent customer service. I had considered changing cleaners after clothes were damaged earlier this year but thanks to Jasmine, who suggested a different type of cleaning, I am happy with the quality of your service.
Sometimes takes too long to get clothing back.

My only complaint is that I turned in 2 shirts to be done and i pair of pants to be dry cleaned. They washed 1 shirt and dry cleaned 1 shirt charging me for dry cleaning a shirt and would refund the difference. I have used the same Pilgrims for 2 years and have never ask for my work shirt to be dry cleaned.
Houston completely failed Galveston. I brought my shirts in on a Tuesday. I should have been able to pick them up Thursday evening, but was told they would not be ready until Friday. The truck did show up before closing time on Friday. When I went to pick up my order on Saturday, I only received a part of my order. This is not a Galveston store issue. This poor service falls directly on Houston.
Clothes are always on time to pick up and are done as promised.
