NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I used them only due to location and put up with the poor quality cleaning until the latest incident. I dropped off 14 shirts, received a receipt for 14 shirts, had only 13 returned! Their explanation is that everybody miscounted because there is no way they could have misplaced one of my shirts. The counter person was extremely rude and insulting so I asked to speak with the manager. They lost my shoes. I Will never take my shoes to get repaired there again.
