Service was great. Used Pilgrim's from 1977 until 2012. Decided to come back & glad I did!!

Pilgrim cleaners on Stewart road in Galveston has always been hit or miss but lately it is a definite MISS and the customer service is disgraceful specifically with one woman in particular. The woman never ask about starch amount for shirts, stain removal from any items...she just counted the items and stuffed them in a bag. When I pick my clothes up, a zipper on one of my sweater was torn completely up (and this Pilgrim cleaners has cleaned this sweater several times), on one of my husband's dress shirts threads were pulled... read more

At drop off and pick up everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I liked receiving the emails when my items were ready for pickup.
