Last year my wife had lost a lot of weight and had previously purchased an ostrich belt for $100. It needed about 8" in length narrowed, the silver tip removed, more holes punched, & reattach the tip. The leather professional did a stupendous job - you couldn't tell it didn't come that way! Guess how much I was charged? A MERE $11.80, & only took a couple of days! I wish I knew I could've written a review back then! Thanks again for the SUPER craftsmanship! Mike D.

I was quoted several dollars under what I was charged when I dropped it off. They said 10-11. I was charged 15. When I called in advance.

Service was great and staff were super friendly.
I got the bag back and along side the young woman in the store on Friday, we looked at the finished product. Their were still tears that had not been finished. The zipper had not been put on. Now I've paid for this thing and still not gotten it back. I heard good things and have been very dissatisfied unfortunately. I just wanna pick up my thing when it comes in and hope that it's done completely at this point.
I have had particularly bad experiences with other cleaners on the island breaking buttons and making holes in my shirts. Pilgrim Cleaners did a great job and did not damage anything. Thank You!
