When I dropped of my clothes, I forgot to show the lady my 20% coupon. And when I picked up my clothes I ask the nice young lady that I forgot to show my discount and she was so polite and she gave me the discount. She did tell me I need to show it when I drop my clothes off. :-)
Jasmine is always so nice and friendly and you get the feeling that she our best interest in mine. Clothes were done correctly and were ready when promised.
I requested my dress pants to be hung by the waist and the tag was on the pants to indicate the special request.

The Hispanic lady at the counter was very rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service at a dry cleaners! When I came to pick up my clothing I experienced a complete turn around with the African American, I believe, lady. Sorry I did not happen to catch their names. Anyways, I will probably be shopping somewhere else.
All transactions went very smooth. I am impressed with the emails letting me know that my dry cleaning is ready. Pilgrim Cleaners is a little more expensive then I would like to pay but it is very convenient.
