Was surprised at how much you charge to launder men's shirts. Otherwise, great job and Jasmine was terrific!
The people that work at my local pilgrims store is great. But I am not happy with the results of the dry cleaning that I have done. Our shirts are smashed together and wrinkled by the time I pick them up. I have to re-iron my husband shirts. And that shouldn’t be! I am looking for another cleaners unfortunately.

Polite customer service
I brought in a dress with a chain that threaded through the top and was used to secure the dress. The employee at the time I brought it in had me sign a disclaimer re: the chain as there might be a problem. I should have seen that as a red flag because when I picked the dress up (a day later than promised) the chain had been destroyed. The employee at that time stated I could send it back to see if they might be able to fix it. I had learned my lesson and left. I will not be back.
