Quality laundering of shirts at a good price

Brought in an expensive luxury brand trench coat for cleaning and you stripped it of its water resistant coating. Now I have to go back to the luxury brand store and have them re-seal the coat. Not the professional service I paid for and now I have an additional expense.

Robert is always perfection plus. However Nelson in the alterations department always presents “issues”. When I was there and Nelson measured my desired alterations ( All pants) I told him that he always makes them too long and that I was specifically asking him to NOT make them too long, as before I had to have the pants shortened again. When Nelson measured them, specifically asked for each pair of pants (there were 8 or 9) to be shorter than he normally makes them. So what happened? Several were still too long . I marked my shirt for spotting as the guy promised me. They didn’t spot clean it. Now I have to go back again to pick up my shirts. Waste of time. They couldn’t do it correctly the first time.

I gave a cashmere sweater to be cleaned and you never cleaned. If I didn’t want it cleaned I wouldn’t have taken it to you. When I went to pick up the guy at counter said you called me as sweater had some holes ( moths ) which I was well aware of. But that was untrue as no one ever called and you should have cleaned my sweater

Ive been going to Pico Cleaners for several years now and while I’m generally satisfied with the job you do, ( I’ve had a few shirts completely ruined ) I think you people charge way too much for dry cleaning, even with the “so called” discounts. I don’t go nearly as much as I used to go to Pico Cleaners however.. way too expensive.
Not happy on a 30 dollor job paid 60 dollor Comforter

AMAZING! My "regular cleaners" (near where I live) cleaned it but could NOT get the spots out! When I went to pick it up and saw the spots were still on the front of the garment..... I asked about it. The owner said.. well, look how good we pressed the top! I said I brought it here to get it cleaned not pressed! What a stupid thing for a cleaners to say!
