Horrible experience with cleaning my drapes! Misinformation re my drapes, that were Not mine
Every month, I request a pick up, which is limited to Monday and Thursday and every month around 4pm I contact the driver who tells me an emergency came up and won’t be picking up. So the pick up service has never been reliable in the past four years. Sometimes my laundry is on a hanger, which is great because then there’s no creases or wrinkles, other times it’s folded and sealed in plastic, which defeats the purpose of professional cleaning and pressing. Sunday (you close at 4:00 PM I realized at 3:50 that I might not make it. I called and spoke to a lady. She said, come ahead- I’ll open the door for you if you are late. I arrived at 4:05 PM. I have been a customer of pico cleaners for thirty years. I have tried other cleaners outside of Los Ángeles when I travel. I have always been disappointed. I have designer clothing nothing has ever been damage and sub-contractors are also top of the line. I would never go anywhere else for my dry cleaning and other related services. I have been using them for many years as a loyal customer but I have been waiting to get my laundry back since Tuesday the 21st of September and after wasting half an hour on the phone calling 3 different phone numbers NOBODY is helping me find my laundry. At this point it looks like they have MISPLACED or STOLEN all our laundry. We will have to call the Police if the laundry is not returned safely and promptly.

They over charged me. I asked for shirt laundry they did dry cleaning and charged me over $10 without asking me. My tallit has stain mark all over and have to returned back to them
You ruined the front of my dress. You sewed the sequins with your ow. Thread. It’s visible. I will bring dress back today it ha destroyed the shape of the front. I never asked you to open the Beads or to sew them to the fabric. You ruined $1500 dress
I have been with picó cleaner 25 year. Do not trust any one with my Desiger clothings I will never go to anyone else. When I travel bring Pico bag and when I return I bring my bag to Pico cleaners. Their service five stars always
They charged me 6 dollars per shirt laundry . They did not tell me in advance the reason and when I pick them they brought nonsense reasoning.
