Charged $88 for same day dry clean for 5 items. One was not ready and still charged me (with no discount as rush same day.) Thats actually already so expensive. So not getting a discount when it wasn’t ready is not right. Will go to another.

I’m a loyal customer. Recently the prices have been very vague. There is no price list. They say a different size when I bring my clothes for cleaning and then ask for more when I come to pick up.

I observe that your prices have increased. I also don’t appreciate that your coupons do not apply to blankets/quilts, which is my main reason for dry cleaning. I do, however, think you do a good job so I return. My biggest pet peeve is the parking. You have the rudest and most entitled clientele. They pull straight in, block access to the parking spots. It infuriates me and, frankly, makes me ashamed. Also, I recommend paving the alley adjacent to your shop.
Every thing was fine except those worn out over used dilapidated bent out of shape hangers. A first class cleaners should never put your garments on these terrible hangers. Purchasing thousands of new cheap wire hangers should be very affordable and the old dilapidated ones should be thrown out. The hangers are part of your business and I would like my clothes put on decent hangers even though they are cheap wire ones
Lost my shirt and suit. Refuse to compensate me. Brand new less than a year old suit. Joesph Aboud. Lost a brand new white dress shirt. Kenneth Cole. Just keep Waiting for them to own the issue. But the owner Sherman is shady and unprofessional. Court date in the future.

I think k your pricing is too high. People in the area are starting to use other cleaners not in the area to save. My bills -2 shirts =$ 29. 50. I used a $10 coupon which brought my total down to $19.50.

I had three items altered all three were done incorrectly when trying to explain what was wrong I was met with the rudest Exchange I’ve ever had ultimately after over an hour finally they acknowledged their mistakes and agreed to redo them all. The stress of the experience was more than anyone should have to go through for paying for alterations it was a horrible horrible experience

I had dropped off my black jeans to be dry cleaned. When I picked them and wore them it looked like the cleaners didn’t dry clean the jeans. They simply hung it on a hanger.

When. I dropped off my dry cleaning I received a receipt that indicated I dropped off 94 pieces. When I picked up my dry cleaning there was only 89 pieces. I was told that it was a mistake in the original count and the 89 pieces is correct. I find that hard to believe. The manager on duty said she spoke with “Robert” and that he would call me after he he reviewed the video. Still waiting for the call. Also I have received better discounts before than I received on this order. Very disappointed with the customer service
