I’ve been receiving service from you guys for 20 years and the service has been excellent. Just one time I went into the store and this lady pretended that she couldn’t find my phone number and when I said well I’ll talk to Jacob and then all of a sudden she found my number. 😀

I came in in the early morning to get two pants dry cleaned. I was told that they would be ready by 4:30 PM that same day. When I came to pick the pants up, I was told they never got cleaned. It’s disappointing because you have my number I could’ve been called and I needed those pants for that evening.

Brought in an expensive luxury brand trench coat for cleaning and you stripped it of its water resistant coating. Now I have to go back to the luxury brand store and have them re-seal the coat. Not the professional service I paid for and now I have an additional expense.

Robert is always perfection plus. However Nelson in the alterations department always presents “issues”. When I was there and Nelson measured my desired alterations ( All pants) I told him that he always makes them too long and that I was specifically asking him to NOT make them too long, as before I had to have the pants shortened again. When Nelson measured them, specifically asked for each pair of pants (there were 8 or 9) to be shorter than he normally makes them. So what happened? Several were still too long .
