AMAZING! My "regular cleaners" (near where I live) cleaned it but could NOT get the spots out! When I went to pick it up and saw the spots were still on the front of the garment..... I asked about it. The owner said.. well, look how good we pressed the top! I said I brought it here to get it cleaned not pressed! What a stupid thing for a cleaners to say! Charged $88 for same day dry clean for 5 items. One was not ready and still charged me (with no discount as rush same day.) Thats actually already so expensive. So not getting a discount when it wasn’t ready is not right. Will go to another.

I’m a loyal customer. Recently the prices have been very vague. There is no price list. They say a different size when I bring my clothes for cleaning and then ask for more when I come to pick up.

I observe that your prices have increased. I also don’t appreciate that your coupons do not apply to blankets/quilts, which is my main reason for dry cleaning. I do, however, think you do a good job so I return. My biggest pet peeve is the parking. You have the rudest and most entitled clientele. They pull straight in, block access to the parking spots. It infuriates me and, frankly, makes me ashamed. Also, I recommend paving the alley adjacent to your shop.
