My clothing came out nice; that said, I was quoted a very different price than I was charged per garment. I find this to be unethical.

I honestly have to always go back twice for items that haven’t been cleaned and rescue them over and over again! Few times they messed up my designer clothes and I was very angry! I would not recommend this place for the price they charge and the bad experiences I have had with them

Last time I needed pants and other clothing altered, The Macher had a new gal writing It up and I went through details with her. Everything was wrong.
Horrible experience. Bad customer service and bad cleaning quality. I was charged almost $20 for a bad customer service and bad cleaning quality. Won't be coming back here. After picking up my coat, there was hair that is not even mine all over my coat, my coat was still dirty and it have a lot of dust and thread from different colors. Disgusting and poor cleaning

Horrible experience with cleaning my drapes! Misinformation re my drapes, that were Not mine
Every month, I request a pick up, which is limited to Monday and Thursday and every month around 4pm I contact the driver who tells me an emergency came up and won’t be picking up. So the pick up service has never been reliable in the past four years. Sometimes my laundry is on a hanger, which is great because then there’s no creases or wrinkles, other times it’s folded and sealed in plastic, which defeats the purpose of professional cleaning and pressing. Sunday (you close at 4:00 PM I realized at 3:50 that I might not make it. I called and spoke to a lady. She said, come ahead- I’ll open the door for you if you are late. I arrived at 4:05 PM.
