I picked my son's white 1st Holy Communion suit up from the location in Cranberry a few weeks ago. I'm a single dad and had asked that the tags be removed (brand new suit) and that it is pressed and ready to wear so I didn't have to worry about it. I noticed what is either dirt or a scorch mark on the front of the pocket, fairly prominent - and the tag on the sleeve and pleats in the back of the jacket were still sewed. Your new kiosk machines are garbage. It didn’t work when I dropped off and had to get an employee to help. Didn’t work when I picked up and had to pay cash. Will use a dry cleaner that has actual human employees. Even if it wasn’t glitching, it pushes the work and effort to the customer. Will never return to any Owl Locations.

Sorry that a hard-working business as caused you to perform like you did. The credit card machine went down and they were attempting to correct it. Options were given for you to use a credit card on the app.
The table runner needs to be redone. There was dirt and stains right in the middle of the exposed portion of the runner. anyone who examined the article wshould have seen it. Please pick it up next Thursday ( our normal delivery day ) or sooner. Thank you

As a former businessman yourself, you may be a little shocked to realize that we have not raised prices since April and raised prices probably less than any company in America since Covid started. Your clothes WILL BE DAMAGED. If you care about your clothing, DO NOT take them to Owl Cleaners in Warrendale. If you have a wedding dress you're thinking about taking there, find somewhere else. I had a custom-made suit cleaned there. The coat came back snagged, and EVERY button was broken. They tell me that the machine they use to dry clean works so violently that it can break buttons. Always cleans thoroughly and will remove impossible stains without breaking buttons!. I trust them to launder my linen heirloom tablecloths handed down from my grandmother and great-grandmother and they are beautiful. I'm never disappointed.
