Your staff are always pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't take my dry cleaning any where else. Services are always to my satisfaction.
You have the BEST employees working at the counter in the Warrendale store! they make it a pleasure to do business there.
It's no wonder why you have the poor reviews you do. Im standing right in front of the woman at cranberry store to pick up my order of one item and give her my name and item and she claims she cant find it in the computer so she has me repeat everything, which i did, and still cant find so she says everything aloud to me, i confirm and then finally, miraculiusly, she's able to find it. Please don't shoot the FINGER to our employees--- that is entirely uncalled for in a professional transaction. She is neither nasty or incompetent -- projection is a possibility.
I did not send my jeans to be dry cleaned or pressed. The note asked that all the pants included in the bag were to be shortened .The jeans did not get shortened. I will send the jeans back. This is the second time the exact same thing happened.

Hello, as a first-time customer, I was given a price estimate of $26 when I brought in my dress. After the dry cleaning was done, I was informed the price is $43 because the manager decided it was a gown, not a dress. That was not my fault that the manager decided that after the fact, and I was not informed of this change earlier on, so I was surprised to be told to pay such a higher price.

My wife dropped off a pair of my pants this morning. I have gotten 3 texts and 2 emails. This is insane. I don't need all of this annoyance. Hit clean the damned pants and let me know when I can pick them up. So far I am very annoyed AND WILL NOT bring anything else to Owl.

I brought a beautiful 90 inch Irish linen tablecloth into the Wexford store in early July with white linen napkins with the American flag on the top corner I finally received my napkins back at the end of August never received my tablecloth back. I have called numerous times to no avail

Things were good at Warrendale. However, my wife and I have selected a few months ago to stop going to Owl cleaners. After the big incident we had at Owl cleaners on Babcock Blvd in Ross! Jennifer I have known for years has always been very helpful, nice and professional. What, one of the older female employe did us and another customer was just wrong!

I specifically asked to have my order held a week since I am out of town. Trying to find a neighbor to go grab the dry cleaning. I do not remember the name of the person who assisted me at the main location in Warrendale, but she very clearly understood my request and took a note.
