I needed a split seam sewed. When I picked up my order,many note said it couldn't be done because it was not a seam! It was
Always a good experience until today. I am sure it will get cleared up. Sent a pair of Ugg boots to be cleaned. Only the shoes in the bag were slippers. I an sure it will get straightened out.
The staff is beginning to recognize me when I go onto the store. Always a good feeling to hear your name when doing personal business.
