It was a good experience. The coats I took looked very good when I picked them up. The people that waited on me each time were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will return as a customer and will recommend your business to family and friends.

I just recently began taking my cleaning to Nu-Yale. The location is a bit out of my way but it's worth it. The store is always clean, the employees are friendly and I like that my clothes don't have that funny, dry cleaning smell. (I also like the water bottles.)
It is always a pleasure to go to my Nu-Yale cleaner on 6513 Bardstown Road. Julie Bilger is such a professional and knows so much about the dry cleaning services offered there. She always greets her customers with a warm and smiling face and she also uses the guests name as they walk into the store! ALOT of businesses do not do that, and that is what sets your store manager-Julie- apart from other places in Louisville!
